About

I'm a third-year Cybersecurity student at UTH Warsaw who already ships software. I built a Python and PySide6 desktop app with a SQLite data layer in an intern team, using Git and GitHub.

Alongside that I run hands-on network labs and produce generative AI ad campaigns for international clients.

Work

Junior Software Developer

Intern at BASTARTS Tomasz Woźniakowski, Warsaw

06/2026 to 10/2026
  • Developed Projekt Audio Opus, a Python and PySide6 desktop application, in an intern team using Git and GitHub workflows.
  • Migrated the data layer from JSON files to a SQLite database.
  • Implemented CRUD for streaming platforms and PDF and TXT report generation.
  • Wrote unit tests alongside my features: settlement amounts, XLSX report import, product matching and the PDF and HTML report generator.
  • Improved the GUI, delivered the project at handover in 09/2026 and kept fixing issues after it.

Feature selection and kNN classification

Four ways to cut an 11-feature dataset (200 samples, two classes) down to its most useful features, each tested with kNN for k from 1 to 30: 150 runs on the same stratified 160/40 split, with scaling and selection fitted on the training data only.

Best test accuracy by feature set, out of 40 test samples
  • All 11 features k = 372.5%
  • 4 features, VarianceThreshold k = 7, 967.5%
  • 3 features, visual, SelectKBest and Extra Trees k = 1365.0%

Fewer features gave a simpler model but did not beat the full set. The report also explains why the best of 150 runs on one test split is not an independent score.

Network labs

In Cisco Packet Tracer I design multi-LAN topologies with IP addressing and subnetting, static routing and RIPv2.

I set STP root and secondary root bridges, PortFast, EtherChannel with LACP and port security, then write standard and extended ACLs that restrict HTTP, FTP and email traffic between hosts.

Every configuration gets verified with ping, show commands and Simulation Mode. I also work with Proxmox virtualization and a pfSense firewall.
